REVIEW :
What a nice choice by the electronic duo composed by Richard Dorfmeister and Rubert Huber known as "Tosca".They released a new studio album on Dorfmeister G-Stone label (but it will be distributed in north america by the studio k7 label)
The nice choice is about the fact that the set will feature a bonus cd of 12 piano compositions based on restructured and remixed tracks from the regular album. "Delhi 9" is said to lean more on live instrumentation than the pair's familiar blend of samples.
This purpose sounds defenitely cool to me.
So i will make a short comment just about the first CD.It is not exactly just the classical Tosca warm downtempo we appreciated so much in the past: this time they wanted also to be near to some easy house stuff (track 3 is the nearest). So we got a basis of bassfull lazy beats as heard into "Suzuki","Opera",or "Fuck Dub",but with a couple of easy access tracks, probably selected to avoid frustrating those who are not exactly downtempo lovers.
